My battle with tiredness


I’m trying to get my health and fitness back on track, but I keep facing this battle with tiredness.

It’s a catch-22 scenario.

I’m tired because my fitness levels have dropped.

But when I start to exercise I’m more tired.

In the last 10 days, the only exercise I’ve done is a very leisurely 3km run on Saturday. And yet, it’s 9.30pm and I’m off to bed.

Losing my battle with tiredness.
